Hello Everyone!

Just wanted to update the schedule going into the fall.

Monday Wednesday and Friday will be classes. all students are encouraged to attend these days of training. 

Tuesday and Thursday Training will be geared toward students who have fights or are in fight camp. These training days will be invite only and for advanced students.
